We meet at your accommodation and start our journey on the way to Porto, starting to explore the West Coast, nowadays called the Silver Coast, one of the most beautiful and still unexplored part of Portuguese coastline.

The first stop will be at Óbidos Medieval Castle, one of the most picturesque and well kept medieval villages in the country. We will wander along the narrow and winding streets, visit the local shops, taste some sour cherry liquor (Ginjinha) and we can even walk on the castle wall.

After this fist stop, we continue our roadtrip on the way to Nazaré, a quiet fishing village and beach town that became world famous recently after the “discover” of the giant waves and where all the world biggest waves records are being beated every year. We are going to visit the little fortress of S.Miguel Arcanjo, the chapel of Our Lady of Nazaré and be astonished by the views from the top of the cliff, at Sítio da Nazaré.

We continue our journey for our lunch stop at Mealhada, to taste the one and only suckling little pig (Leitão à Bairrada).

After lunch we continue our trip, discovering one of the best well kept secret of Portugal, the Buçaco Woods, we´ll trail around the woods, visit the cold fountain and the Buçaco Palace Hotel, a 19th century palace reconverted to a hotel.

Last but not least we leave Buçaco and follow to Porto to your accommodation in Porto.
