We’ll pick you up at your accommodation and head west to the magnificent Adega Mãe, about 40 min from Lisbon. The tour starts with a visit to the beautiful vineyards around the winery and learn about the different wine varieties spreading along the hills and its individual characteristics. Afterwards you are going to learn about the process of making the wine and the challenges the wine makers face in a everyday basis. The last stop of the visit is the Temple room where the wine rests in wood barrels and where the magic happens. Last but not least you are going to taste six wines (1 Sparkling, 1 Rosé, 2 reds and 2 whites), understand the differences among them and be inebriated with its characteristics. All the tour happens in a totally informal way, the idea is to learn and have fun.
