Through the hills of Lisbon…

We offer a walking tour around the downtown and the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon, with stops to taste the famous Ginjinha (Sour Cherry Liquor) and the famous Pastel de Nata (Custard Tart). We are going to wander around downtown area as well as explore the most famous hills of the city and the authentic Alfama neighborhood, the oldest in town. This walk includes awesome viewpoints, typical neighborhoods and much more in a very relaxed and informative environment.

The oldest and the coolest city in Western Europe…

Enjoy the city with us and feel its energy and light. Between the two margins of Lisbon we will visit Príncipe Real, Bairro Alto, Chiado, Belém and Christ the king statue and the incredible viewpoint upon the city. Typical Lisbon lunch and visit to the oldest hills and neighborhoods of Lisbon: Graça, Mouraria and Alfama. It seems a lot but trust us, you will ask for more mysteries to unveil in the city.

One of the best hidden treasures in Portugal it’s the Alentejo and Vicentine coast natural park, a region with paradise beaches, grand cliffs and most of all a natural beauty that is hard to describe in words.

On this trip we propose to you spending the day exploring this coastline with stops along the way, on a travelling without rushing mode and obviously an important stop to taste the fish and seafood delicacies of this region.

This tour is a way to do a very popular roadtrip in Portugal, connecting Lisbon and Porto the two major cities in the country, take advantage of the trip and discover much more along the way.

On the way to Porto we suggest you 4 stops: Óbidos Medieval Castle and taste some Sour Cherry Liquor (Ginjinha), Nazaré the giant waves paradise and the Buçaco Woods and all its beautiful nature, and of course, as usual, a great stop at Mealhada for lunch, the one and only Bairrada roasted Suckling little pig (Leitão à Bairrada).

A monument never comes alone…

Visit the Sanctuary of Fatima, one of the most important religious icons in Europe. Afterwards driving west towards Batalha with a visit to the magnificent Monastery of Batalha, a hymn to the Gothic construction and heritage of Unesco. We continue our visit to Nazaré fishing village, where we are having lunch (Seafood is amazing). Nazaré is now internationally recognized by giant waves (20-30 meters) in Praia do Norte and most well known for the world famous surfer Garret McNamara. The visit culminates in the typical village of Óbidos, the most beautiful and well preserved medieval town in Portugal. Taste the inevitable ginjinha – a delicious cherry liquor, one of the highlights of this medieval village.

In the path of the mystical Mount of the Moon of Ptolemy…

If you visit Lisbon you can’t miss Sintra and all its charm, we are visiting the highlight (Pena Palace) skipping the lines, following the tour we are going to visit the historical center of the village and taste the world famous pastry “travesseiros de Sintra”. Following to the atlantic beaches, with a typical relaxed lunch along the way. In the afternoon we are going to explore Roca Cape area and the city of Cascais, where you can taste the best icecream in the area at Santini.

The Art of Nature at its best…

We start our tour get to mingle with the locals at Livramento Market in Setúbal with some Oysters tasting. Lunch with the sea at your feet at Arrábida Natural Park. In the afternoon we do a short walking tour to explore a cave just above the sea level. We continue our journey with a visit a small tiles factory, to understand how are this beauties made and the differences among the existing styles.  We finish the tour with a visit to a winery and tasting some wines. As an optional we can add a Dolphin watching boat trip at Sado River to this tour.

Alentejo, land of strong traditions and people with a deep soul…

On this tour we challenge you to visit the Alentejo Region, an area knowned by its slow pace, beauty and amazing gastronomy. We suggest a visit to the UNESCO heritage city of Évora and to the medieval Monsaraz Castle, from where we can admire the great lake Alqueva. All this with a typical lunch on the best restaurant in the area…
